Bit 0 is 1 if in MOVE mode else 0

Bit 1 is 0 if Positive Limit Switch is hit else 1

Bit 2 is 0 if Negative Limit Switch is hit else 1

Bit 3 is 0 if Home Limit Switch is hit else 1

bit 4 - bit 31 Spare
