The AU200-20X20 Motorized XY Stage is a high resolution, low profile, high load capacity, horizontal stage that can be easily integrated into any current or future application.

The large 3.74 in x 3.74 in (95 mm x 95 mm) platform has a large aperture for optical application. A solid top is also available.

The precision ground screws provide 0.787 in x 0.787 in (20 mm x 20 mm) of travel with high resolution and repeatability. Two hand knobs are mounted on the motors to provide for manual adjustment. This knob may be replaced with an optical encoder for position verification. The stepper motor may be replaced with a servo motor.

Some applications for the AU200-20X20 two-axes stage include: testing, inspection, assembly and sampling in a broad range of industrial, medical, semiconductor and research facilities.

The AU200-20X20 low profile 1.3 in (33 mm) horizontal stage is constructed with black-anodized aluminum alloy and weighs just 7.1 lbs (3.2 kg). The 2-phase stepper motor and precision 1 mm per turn lead screw offer high load capacity up to 22 lbs (10 kg). The moving platform has access from all four sides and the base plate has easy to access holes for mounting.

This stage requires a Motion Controller that can be ordered as a complete plug-and-play system with RS-232, USB, joystick, trackball, and keypad control.
