integrates a
two-axis Yaw-Pitch
goniometer on top of
a single-axis lift
actuator.
The
pitch-axis has a
travel range of +/-
15 degrees with a
rotation height of
50 +/- 0.2 mm. The
size of the table is
65 by 65 mm (2.559
by 2.559 inches).

The lower goniometer (yaw-axis) has +/- 10 degrees of rotation driven by a worm gear with a drive ratio of 352 Degrees of motor rotation to 1 degree of stage rotation.
The yaw and pitch axes have a caliber indicator to display the angle of rotation.
The threaded mounting holes in the pitch-axis and mounting holes in the lift axis assure easy integration into new and existing applications.
The LYP-60-10-15-01 features Two Phase Stepper Motors with knobs for manual adjustments which can be replaced with optical encoders for position verification.
The LYP-60-10-15-02 is driven by Three Phase Brushless Servo Motors with Quadrature Incremental Optical Encoders for closed loop operation that offer the highest resolution, repeatability, and travel speeds.
Application include: Scanning, Laser Pointing, Identifying Crystals, Estimating Hyperspectral Bidirectional Reflectance, Aligning Mirrors, Manufacturing of Quartz Oscillator Plates, Crystallography, Metrology, Light Measurement, Measurement of Surgical Cutting Blades, Microscopy, and Inspection applications.
