stages. The
range of the travel of the lift stage is from 60 mm to 1000 mm.
Applications include: Scanning, Laser Pointing, Identifying Crystals, Estimating Hyperspectral Bidirectional Reflectance, Aligning Mirrors, Manufacturing of Quartz Oscillator Plates, Crystallography, Metrology, Light Measurement, Measurement of Surgical Cutting Blades, Microscopy, and Inspection applications.

that can be ordered as a complete plug-and-play system with
