Three Phase Brushless Servo Motor with Quadrature Incremental
Optical Encoder Driven
Vertical Stage
The AT10-60 is a high resolution, low profile, high load vertical lift stage that can be easily integrated into almost any application.
The large 120 mm x 80 mm (4.724 in. 3.149 in.) drilled and tapped platform has a vertical travel of 60 mm (2.362 in.). The twin lead (right and left hand thread) precision ground screw provide smooth, flat (parallel to mounting surface), vertical motion, with high resolution and repeatability.
Applications for the AT10-60 vertical lift stage include: testing, inspection, assembly, sampling, laser drilling and machining in a broad range of industrial, medical, semiconductor, and research facilities.
The AT10-60 low profile vertical stage is constructed of black-anodized aluminum alloy and weighs just 1.8 kg (3.96 lbs). The powerful 2-phase NEMA 17 Stepper and inclined plane and scissor lift concept offers higher load capacity to 5 kg (22 lbs) compared to vertically mounted stages, and without the concern for cantilevered effects (loss of parallelism), additionally, the moving platform has access from all four sides, and the base plate has easy to access holes for mounting. The increase in height is a
non-linear
function of rotation of the motor.
This stage requires a Motion Controller
that can be ordered as a complete plug-and-play system with RS-232, USB, joystick, trackball, and keypad control.
