The AU200-300x300 Motorized XY Stage is a high resolution, low profile, high load capacity, horizontal stage that can be easily integrated into any current or future application.
The large 400 mm x 400 mm platform has a large aperture for optical application. A solid top is also available.
The precision ground screws provide 300 mm by 300 mm of travel with high resolution and repeatability. Two hand knobs are mounted on the motors to provide for manual adjustment. These knobs may be replaced with an optical encoder for position verification. The stepper motor may be replaced with a servo motor.
Some applications for the AU200-300x300 two-axes stage include: testing, inspection, assembly and sampling in a broad range of industrial, medical, semiconductor and research facilities.
This stage requires a
Motion Controller
that can be ordered as a complete plug-and-play system with RS-232, USB, joystick and keypad control.
